Everything is in the plan

No feature sits behind a higher tier, because there isn’t one. In the order an order travels:

  • Your own script link

Clients write their scripts on your branded page, each timed to the read length as they type: directions skipped, numbers read as words.

  • Inbox and board

Every order in one place, New → Recording → Delivered, with rush and needed-by dates and a bar that shows what’s late.

  • Perform

A full-screen prompter that follows your voice as you read, with a recorder, level checks and a take editor built in.

  • Full-size delivery

WAV, AIFF, MP3 or FLAC up to 200 MB a read, on a delivery page with a waveform player and one-click zips.

  • Approvals and re-reads

Clients approve each script for air, with their PO, or ask for a re-read pinned to the line or the moment. Your re-read policy decides what’s free.

  • Invoices from your rate card

Prices by length, rush and produced, retainers and an order minimum, turned into one numbered invoice as a PDF and a private link.

  • Client profiles

Pronunciations, file-naming rules, who may order, and a thread per order that clients can answer by email.

  • Orders from anywhere

Enter an order from a call, or forward an email and it becomes one. Producers get their own punchlist, and the console installs on your phone with alerts.

Free for anyone, no account needed: the script timer and the loudness checker.

What the plan includes

Pooled across every studio you own, so a person who works in two of your studios takes one seat.

25 active clients
Clients who’ve ordered in the last 90 days. Quiet ones don’t count, and count again the moment they order.
50 GB of audio
About 11,000 :30 reads as 24-bit WAV.
1 studio
With its own link, logo, cover and rate card.
You + 1 team seat
Someone to sort the inbox and send reads with you. Producers never take a seat.
200 MB a read
Full-size WAV, AIFF, MP3 or FLAC. Client portals cap a file at 8–40 MB.

Your clients can always send scripts, whatever your plan.

Add more when you need it

Add or remove any of these in Settings › Billing, as many as you need. When you create a studio or invite someone past what the plan includes, you’re offered one there and then.

  • 25 more active clients $10 a month$100 a year
  • 100 GB more storage $5 a month$50 a year

What $29 replaces

The same jobs from separate tools cost about $33 a month lean, about $53 fuller, and the pieces don’t talk to each other: the approval isn’t on the invoice and the script isn’t with the file.

The job A lean stack A fuller stack
Take orders $0Email $29A client portal’s starter plan, billed yearly
Time the script $0A free word-count timer $0A free word-count timer

A month about $33 about $53

Prices read on October 29, 2026 from each tool’s own pricing page, and the teleprompter app’s from its app store listing. Neither stack has a script timer that skips directions and reads numbers as words, or a re-read tied to the line.

Questions

What counts as an active client?
A client with an order in the last 90 days. One who hasn’t ordered since doesn’t count, and counts again the moment they order.
What if I go over?
You get an email, and 14 days to add more. After that only new clients or new uploads pause until you do. Your clients are never stopped: they can always send scripts, play their reads and approve them.
What happens after the trial?
Subscribe and everything carries on. If you don’t, your studio becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, you can still use the inbox, download reads and send invoices, and your link takes new scripts again the moment you subscribe.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in Settings › Billing. Everything keeps working to the end of what you’ve paid for.
Do my clients pay anything?
No. Clients never pay or sign up: they use your link.
Do you take card payments on invoices?
No. SendScripts.to doesn’t take card payments. Your invoice carries your own payment details, and you mark it paid.
